Love it or loathe it, just about anywhere you go online pornography is only a mouse click away.

Pamela Supple, a sex therapist in Sydney, treats patients who suffer from regular pornography use. She says ongoing pornography exposure can complicate relationships.

"They justify it in their minds, [saying] that I'm not actually having an affair or playing on my partner because I'm not physically with somebody. But it can then take away from the relationship," Ms Supple said.
